Between 2021 and 2024 there were no critical ERP outages in my area. I was responsible for support, modifications and user training in an international group.

Later, as IT director, I led systems, infrastructure, security, the team and suppliers. I worked directly with the board.

From an audit
to priorities.

After auditing company-wide IT, I prioritised the foundations of security. I introduced a firewall, antivirus, MDM, policies and procedures.

A process audit then identified candidates for automation, with an assessment of costs and benefits. I now also advise on IT strategy and ERP performance.
